Xili Wang

Student / Reseacher

Hi there! 👋 I'm Xili Wang (王熙理), an undergraduate student at the School of EECS, Peking University, majoring in Applied Physics (Experimental Class of Electronic Information Science).

I have a passion for Piezoelectric and Acoustic Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), and I am currently supervised by Prof. Yipeng Lu at the School of Integrated Circuit, Peking University.

My research interests include the design, fabrication and characterization of piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducers (PMUTs) and analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits design.
